Green Hive - International Workshop, January 2024, Online

On 30th of January Team4Excellence together with our partners prepared an international workshop: Green Hive Co-Creation Labs from Green Hive project.

During the workshop, all partners invited relevant stakeholders to work online on Zoom platform and in separate rooms. They collaboratively designed strategic canvases, addressing Governance, Organization, Community, Activities, Tools, and Relationships with the Hive, which provide essential guidance for decision-making, goal-setting, community engagement, activity structuring, tool integration, and ecosystem collaboration, ensuring Green Combs’ growth and effectiveness in sustainability education initiatives.

The Zoom rooms were led by partners representatives, who facilitated the discussions and filled in the canvases. They later presented the final results.
