Youth at Risk

The middle of May, on the 12 and 13th, the fourth transnational project meeting within the Erasmus + Partnership Online Support Youth at Risks took place in Greece, Thessaloniki.
The event was attended by delegates from all project partners:
„ PoDRUGIE” from Polland
„SOPRO” from Portugal
„DrogArt” from Slovenia
„FioPSD” from Italy
„Social Welfare Centre of Central Macedonia” from Greece
„Team4Excellence” from Romania

The project management aims at establishing the strategy for promotion, engage, connect and empower young people. It is a great chance for them to gain new civic skills in a socially inclusive environment.
During the meeting, we evaluated the current results and agreed the next steps. The next meeting will take place in Poland, were representatives of all five partner countries are invited to attend.
It will be an innovative event where partners will met local representatives to discuss about the young people at risk and how can we assist and support them.
