Social and Ethical Responsibility, November 2023, Romania

On November 29th our team composed by Nicoleta, Aranzazu, Chiara and Mykyta hosted an engaging workshop focusing on “Social and Ethical Responsibility” at Spiru Haret University.

We started by explaining what it means for companies and individuals to be socially responsible. Then, we divided the students into groups and introduced them to the SCAMPER method. Their task? Tackling the pressing issue of medical waste. SCAMPER, a tool for creative problem-solving, prompted them to explore fresh perspectives on this critical topic. This structured approach allowed them to brainstorm innovative solutions by questioning and reimagining existing processes. The students were actively involved, absorbing the concept and eagerly participating in discussions. This workshop wasn’t just about learning; it was about empowering these young minds to address real-world challenges with creative solutions.
