The Third Transnational Project Meeting, September 2023, Turkey

The third transnational project meeting of the Erasmus+ INNOVET project took place on 8 September. The meeting took place in Konya, Turkey and was organised by Konya İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü. It was attended by delegates from the other partner organisations:

• TEAM4Excellence Association, Romania
• Carol I Commercial College of Constanta, Romania
• Associazione Akira, Italy

The purpose of the meeting was to monitor and plan project activities. Thus, partners discussed the progress of the project results, including the INNOVET Digital Education Ecosystem, which involved design and development phases, organisation of webinars with VET teachers and piloting of the results. They also discussed the course that will be available on the Moodle platform, which will include both best practices and theoretical information as well as video tutorials for VET teachers. Among other things, the Interactive User Manual for VET Learners will be designed and developed as a digital and interactive handbook which will provide VET learners with an engaging virtual tour of the platform’s features and technical instructions.

The partners also reviewed the state of development of the INNOVET community – made up of education and training providers (vocational schools, continuing education and training providers, adult education centres/providers and educators) who are interested in innovating their practices through digital game-based learning and therefore in taking up and further developing the results of the project.

At the end, the partners discussed methods of disseminating the results and sharing responsibilities to bring the results achieved so far to fruition.
