GreenHive – International Knowledge Cafe

On the 4th of October 2024, a virtual gathering of sustainability enthusiasts took place within the GreenHive project, organized by KEAN. Representatives from Team4Excellence participated in this event, which provided a platform to explore critical questions surrounding sustainability in the workplace.

Participants discussed the essential sustainability knowledge and skills required for employees across various roles and industries. They considered the types of continuous learning opportunities that could effectively equip employees to implement sustainable strategies in their daily work. Additionally, the event addressed the challenges and obstacles that employees and employers often encounter in their sustainability efforts.

The Greenhive project event sparked important conversations about workplace sustainability. Participants left inspired and ready to make positive changes, eager to take real steps toward a greener future!
