Our colleagues from TEAM4Excellence have just returned full of energy and enthusiasm after participating in the Erasmus+ training course “Teachers as Play Therapists in SEL (Social and Emotional Learning)”. The training took place in Quart de Poblet, Valencia, Spain between 26–27 August 2025 and brought together participants from 6 countries. Romania was proudly represented by 3 teachers, who actively took part in interactive workshops, feedback loops, and knowledge exchange.

This project activity focused on building teachers’ skills in:

• Emotional awareness & regulation
• Mindfulness & stress reduction
• Empathy & perspective-taking
• Communication & interpersonal skills
• Decision-making & problem-solving
• Resilience & coping strategies

The journey doesn’t stop here! Our colleagues will continue to share their experience back home with teachers, parents, and students – multiplying the impact of this inspiring Erasmus+ programme.
