Between 15 and 24 April 2026, TEAM4Excellence participated in the Erasmus+ training course “Non-formal Methods for More Active Inclusive Education” in Shumen, Bulgaria. The mobility was hosted by EvroPro LTD, an organisation experienced in non-formal education, social inclusion, and the development of adult educators.

The course focused on participatory and learner-centred methods that help make adult education more active, inclusive, and accessible. Through interactive exercises, group work, reflection sessions, and exchange of good practices, participants explored ways to encourage cooperation, communication, and engagement among adult learners. Special attention was given to creating supportive learning environments that respect diversity and encourage equal participation.

Beyond the classroom sessions, participants took part in outdoor activities, team-building exercises, and city exploration activities that encouraged movement, cooperation, and informal learning. These experiences included discovering the cultural and historical heritage of Shumen, visiting local landmarks, and engaging in interactive activities designed to strengthen group cohesion while promoting intercultural exchange and active participation. 

The mobility strengthened our capacity to design inclusive and practical learning activities adapted to diverse groups of adult learners. The knowledge and methods acquired during the course will support the continued development of our educational programmes and future training initiatives.
