Between 6 and 14 May 2025, our staff members successfully participated in an intensive training course held in Varna, Bulgaria, under the Erasmus+ programme. The mobility was hosted by BioMed-Varna Foundation, a reputable training provider with a focus on innovation and digital skills development in adult education.

The course, titled “Well-Being and Successful Careers Design”, was designed to empower educators with practical tools and innovative approaches to help adult learners navigate modern career challenges, explore entrepreneurial pathways, and engage with digital transformation processes – including the use of AI tools in both personal and professional contexts.

Through interactive workshops, hands-on challenges, and peer collaboration, participants developed competences in:

• Career design and lifelong learning, analysing market trends and fostering entrepreneurial thinking;
• Digital competence and AI literacy, by experimenting with real-world AI applications;
• Active and inclusive learning facilitation, including STEAM education and art therapy approaches;
• Team-based problem solving, using design thinking to propose community-centred solutions.

The course also included reflection sessions and structured feedback activities, enabling participants to evaluate their learning outcomes and identify transferable skills for their work in adult education. Upon completion, each educator received a Certificate of Participation and a EUROPASS Mobility Certificate, ensuring formal recognition of the acquired skills.

The mobility experience contributes directly to the strategic development plan of our Association, strengthening its efforts to deliver high-quality, future-oriented non-formal learning opportunities in the Constanța region.
