Foundation ‘No Shame – Bez Wstydu’ has been set up with an aim to help people who experience problems with Psoriasis. There is still very little awareness about this skin condition in Poland and also around the World. Despite many existing Associations, Foundations and a few people speaking out about this problem in the media, people not affected by this disease continue to be guided by myths about Psoriasis.

About the project:

The main goal of the project is to acquire knowledge and skills necessary to raise funds for social projects and for NGOs from various sources. As organizations, we want to achieve financial stability and learn how to establish and develop relationships with potential donors. The project will enable exchange of experiences between organizations. Project will also contribute to better implementation of the project initiatives we undertake. The specific objectives of the project include learning a set of fundraising and marketing tools, building an effective project team work and sourcing partners and donors for each of the participating organizations. During the training participants will learn managing funding sources to optimize cash flow and think about long-term ways organization budgeting. We also plan to learn how to organize a fundraising campaign (organizing an event, development of the project, promotion of the event, implementation of the event, measurability of its effects) and learning profiling an offer addressed to donors, completed with the acquisition of additional partners or founders for at least 3 projects. We want people participating in the project to learn the methods and ways of diversification financial flows. Thanks to professional and systematic fundraising activities, we want to ensure our organizations financial security and funds for further development. Our organizations are constantly working on projects aimed at supporting the involvement, development of young people.

This is the 3rd training course and it will be about budget training and development of an annual plan fundraising for organizations

Profile of participant:

• 21-35 years old
• preferably with some basic experience in fundraising (voluntary activity is considered experience)

Accommodation and food will be covered by the organisers. Additionally organisers will reimburse the travel costs on the limit of 360 euros/participant, after going back home and sending all the tickets and receipts.
