Summer language Coffee №5

Today’s Summer Language Coffee (SLC) was filled with vibrant impressions, intriguing stories, and insightful comments. Despite the diverse ages and nationalities of the participants, the discussion was highly interactive.

The meeting began with a brief presentation featuring various maps that illustrated France’s location, its division into regions, and the characteristics of each region. Volunteers shared interesting details about landmarks, monuments, and fun facts related to their areas. A highlight for many was the so-called “cheese map” of France, which sparked enthusiastic reactions from attendees. The day concluded with a “True or False” game, where participants received pieces of paper with various beliefs about France. This activity helped to challenge stereotypes and deepen the understanding of French culture.
