Study visit in Varna, Bulgaria, March 2023

Between 21 and 23 March we went on a study visit to Varna, Bulgaria as part of the Blue Generation project. We travelled with 10 Romanian young people eager to learn more about careers in the blue economy.

So, on the first day we attended the opening ceremony at Naval Academy “N. Vaptsarov”, Varna, Bulgaria. We participated in the Blue Career days, visiting the academy and the training centre.

On the second day, we visited the College of Tourism Varna and were pleasantly surprised to learn more about the tourism study programs.

On the third day we visited the Technical University of Varna and altogether we learned more about the latest teaching technologies in marine, tourism and engineering. Young people from our country showed their enthusiasm and curiosity about possible careers in the blue economy thanks to this study visit.
