TEAM4Excellence Promotes AI4Youth Work Results to Strengthen AI Integration in Youth Work

On April 3rd, 2025, TEAM4Excellence Association organised a dedicated session at the Maritime University of Constanța to promote the results of the AI4YouthWork project – an Erasmus+ initiative aimed at increasing youth professionals’ capacity to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their practice and support young people in navigating an AI-driven world.

During the event, TEAM4Excellence presented the AI Competence Framework for Youth Workers, a key project outcome that identifies the essential digital, ethical, and pedagogical competencies youth workers need to understand and apply AI in their work. This framework is designed to empower professionals in guiding young people through the opportunities and challenges posed by new technologies.

Participants also explored the AI Digital Catalogue, featuring over 48 eLearning experiences available in English, Italian, Greek, Portuguese, and Romanian. In addition, the AI Training Toolkit was presented — a practical resource that includes a curated map of trustworthy AI tools and 15 multilingual workshop plans youth workers can directly use with their groups.

By promoting these resources, TEAM4Excellence supports a more inclusive and forward-looking approach to youth work, where digital transformation and responsible innovation go hand in hand.
