Description of the Project:

The aims of the project are to promote the practice of outdoor activities, the importance of physical and mental health, stress relief and how the environment or other factors such as disabilities affect the possibilities of the person. Topics are effects of epidemics on young people’s life; healthy lifestyles; being outdoor and using sports as a tool (it’s not a sports camp, we use some sport activities as tools for our workshops). We will offer possibilities for young people, so that they can spend their free time usefully while their personality is being constructively developed. We promote the importance of lifelong learning, and healthy lifestyles, while we put special emphasis on outdoor activities.

Number of participants: 5 young people +1 youth leader per country
Participants:

• aged 18-25 years old
• Romanian citizen
• motivated to participate in the whole project including the dissemination phase
• priority will be given to the participants with fewer opportunities

Group leader:

• aged 18+ (no upper age limit)
• Romanian citizen
• motivated to participate in the whole project
• have some basic experience in youth exchanges
• be able to facilitate a group of young people
• able to participate in the APV Online Meetings which will be on 20th and 31th of July 2023, 17:00 CET (more details will be given by the organizers to the selected group leader)

Please note that the living conditions will be very basic. Also meal provided at the accommodation is normal, they can handle lactose free and gluten free diet as well. !! NO OTHER SPECIAL DIET (VEGETARIAN, VEGAN ETC) IS AVAILABLE !!
