RISE and SHINE - TPM Ireland

On October 16th, 2024, Team4Excellence together with ALK (Czech Republic), WeLearn (Ireland), S.E.A.L Cyprus (Cyprus) and Fifty-Fifty (Greece) gathered in Ireland for an important meeting as part of the RISE and SHINE project. This project focuses on enhancing the well-being of youth workers through structured reflective practices. During the meeting, discussions centred on helping youth workers improve their personal well-being and job satisfaction by cultivating greater self-awareness and emotional resilience. This approach aims to equip them better to handle work-related stress and support their long-term professional growth.

The meeting agenda included key presentations and discussions on various work packages. ALK and WeLearn presented the progress and next steps for Work Package 2, including a review of journal contributions and the project’s learning platform. The partners also explored the design of journal pages using Canva. Additionally, Fifty-Fifty and SEAL led discussions on Work Package 3, focusing on the review of CPD training modules and active learning activities aimed at supporting youth workers in continuous professional development.

The meeting also addressed how organizations can incorporate well-being and reflective practices into everyday routines and policies. By doing so, the project seeks to create a more supportive work environment that enhances overall organizational effectiveness and sustains the well-being of youth workers. This gathering marked a crucial step forward in the RISE and SHINE project’s efforts to achieve these goals.
