Management meeting for developing Professional English skills - courses for employability

The ability to effectively communicate at work is one of the 21st Century Skills demanded by employees.

The end of last week, on the 12th and 13th of May, we have the chance to meet in person our partners from PESE Erasmus+ project. We work together online for the last two years and met online several times.

• Universidade Lusofona, Portugal

The management meeting in which we took part proved that the activities in person create relations, and benefit the project activities in a manner that cannot be achieved by many online meetings.

During the meeting, partners from Malta presented the e-learning platform and we agreed on the steps for piloting and on the strategy of dissemination.

The next period will be dedicated to piloting and improvements in order to provide a platform adapted to future employee’s needs.
