Language Café n°2: Disinformation

Our second edition of the language café brought together people who came the first time and newcomers. It focused on disinformation and fake news.

Two activities helped to make participants more comfortable with each other: first, a game where they had to decide which headline and tweet was fake between 4 choices. Then, a brain-storming around the word “disinformation” which led to deep conversations.

Some of the participants then separated to practice Spanish. A few games linked to the theme were played in both Spanish and English groups, allowing participants to talk while having fun together.

This second edition was again very fun and we are happy to see more people joining. We hope to keep the energy going!
