The INAIR project aims to contribute to reducing the AI skills gap of the European micro, small and medium-sized retailers. Partners discussed implementation steps to provide a range of tools for owners and employees of micro, small and medium-sized retailers, industry experts and vocational education and training providers as well as other relevant national and EU-funded projects, including the Bridges 5.0 and AI4Europe consortia working in retail.
The project aims to identify AI skills needs and gaps for various sized retailers, to devise, test and implement a scalable AI skills development program for re-/up-skilling owners and employees of MSMEs working. Another outcome of the project is development of teaching and training resources to support CVET providers in integrating the project AI skills development solutions into their work.
At the meeting some of the tasks of the partner organisations and their involvement in the dissemination activities of the project were also set. Follow our actions and participate in our follow-up activities in the INAIR project.
