INAIR Final Conference

On 29 May 2026, TEAM4Excellence organised the INAIR Final Conference within the “INAIR – Increasing the Uptake of AI in Retail” project at Constanta Maritime University. The event brought together MSME retailers, educators, institutional representatives, local stakeholders and community members interested in digital transformation, innovation and practical learning.

The conference focused on how artificial intelligence can support micro, small and medium-sized retailers in adapting to new market needs. Participants discovered how INAIR helps retailers, trainers and VET providers understand AI in a practical, responsible and accessible way, while strengthening their capacity to respond to changes in the retail sector.

During the event, TEAM4Excellence presented the main project results, including the AI Core Curriculum, the AI Skills Assessment Tool, the project’s Open Educational Resources and the e-learning environment. These resources help retailers, trainers and VET providers identify AI skills needs and access learning materials adapted to the retail sector.

The event also highlighted the value of European cooperation in supporting digital skills, business innovation and lifelong learning. Through INAIR, TEAM4Excellence continues to contribute to more accessible and future-oriented learning opportunities for businesses, educators and communities.
