Green Hive TPM

On 30-31 October TEAM4Excellence participated in the transnational project meeting of the GreenHive partnership in Caserta. The meeting provided a focused space to review progress, consolidate piloting results and agree next steps for scaling the Green Combs model across vocational education and training (VET) networks.

During these sessions, partners reviewed piloting outcomes, assessed the quality of project results and outlined the timetable for the final implementation and reporting activities. A detailed session showcased the digital platform and toolkit, with partners exchanging feedback to improve usability for teachers, trainers and local enterprises. Discussions also addressed sustainability and long-term exploitation, dissemination planning and ways to strengthen collaboration between schools, businesses and community stakeholders.

By the meeting’s close, partners had clarified responsibilities for the closing phase, refined upcoming deliverables and agreed on an outreach plan to extend GreenHive’s impact locally and internationally. Meeting ended with strengthened collaboration and a shared determination to embed sustainable learning practices within VET communities.
