On 3 April 2025, we proudly presented the results of the FUTURE project to over 20 participants, including youth and youth workers from youth organisations, adult education centres, VET schools, and universities. The event highlighted the project’s achievements in equipping young people—particularly NEETs, the unemployed, and those with low skills—with green, digital, and entrepreneurial competences.

Developed in partnership with organisations from Portugal, Romania, Spain, Greece, and Lithuania, the FUTURE project responded to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic by offering tools to boost youth employability and promote sustainable entrepreneurship.

Participants explored the key project outcomes, including a Moodle-based online course available in all partner languages. Designed to upskill youth and youth workers, the course features e-books, audio books, presentations, and quizzes across 10 modules covering essential digital and green topics.

Participants also learned about the Entrepreneurial Coaching Platform and a practical Toolkit for developing green and digital business plans—transferable tools to support young people on their path to employment and active citizenship.

Stakeholders and professionals from the youth work, adult education, and VET sectors were actively engaged and empowered to integrate the project’s results into their own initiatives.

Meaningful discussions took place on the practical use of the FUTURE tools, with participants offering positive feedback and expressing interest in adapting the resources within their training programmes and communities.

Through FUTURE, we are building a better-prepared, more resilient generation—ready to shape a sustainable future.
