From November 25 to December 2, 2024, Team4Excellence organized local training activities at Mihai Eminescu High School and Carol I High School in Constanta, Romania. The sessions aimed to equip more than 50 young participants with essential green, digital, and entrepreneurial skills through engaging and practical learning experiences.

Skilled youth practitioners led the training, using the FUTURE online platform to guide participants. The program featured interactive workshops, online resources, and assessment tools. Participants collaborated to develop five innovative business plans, showcasing sustainable and creative solutions.

Rooted in European frameworks like GreenComp and DigiComp, the activities prepared young people for the demands of today’s job market. Participants gained valuable skills to address entrepreneurial challenges effectively.

Feedback highlighted the program’s success, with 95% of attendees expressing high satisfaction and recommending it to others. The training motivated impactful solutions for a more sustainable and digital future.
