PROJECT AIMS AND BENEFITS:

– getting to know the financing sources existing on the market and skilful matching them to the type of project.

– learning about fundarising tools to obtain sponsorship and cooperation with private entities to finance social enterprises.

– working and managing marketing tools to raise funds from various sources.

– learning to manage funding sources to optimize cash flow.
– working on ways of long-term budgeting of the organization.

– learning how to manage the budget of an organization and individual projects.

– development of project financial management methods.

– development of an annual fundraising plan for each organization participating in the project.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE:

6 participants from every organisation includes one leader for each organisation (Leader is a person who works in non-governmental structures and has huge experience in running projects and managing people)
Young people aged 21-35 (ratio: 50/50 male/females) who are:

– employees of the organization with experience in running youth projects financed from various sources.

– employees who deal with aspects related to the budget and financing organization.
-young associates of the organization or volunteers working on the running of projects, however, are not experienced in financial matters.

– eager to learn through the exchange of experiences that he will gain most effectively in an environment outside the home country’s comfort zone.

– creative and committed people who are determined to explore new opportunities and acquire skills that will enable them to better implement projects for social change.
