Launch program - Erasmus for young Entrepreneurs

On July 8, 2024, a meeting took place as part of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs project, held at the TEAM4Excellence office in Constanța, Romania. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the main objectives of the project, the expectations from participants, and the action plan for the next two months.

During the meeting, the partners acknowledged the project’s objectives and their importance for both the young entrepreneurs and the host organization, TEAM4Excellence.

European Exchange Program for Entrepreneurs
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange program that offers new entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn from experienced entrepreneurs who run small businesses in other participating countries.

The exchange of experience takes place with an experienced entrepreneur, helping a new entrepreneur acquire the skills necessary to run a company.

Having concluded our first meeting, we can confidently say that the foundations for the successful implementation of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs project have already been laid. The joint discussion of objectives and plans has helped us clearly define our shared ambitions and strategic tasks. We believe that with such a foundation, our future efforts will bring significant results for both the young entrepreneurs and the host organization, TEAM4Excellence.
