On July 29, 2025, as part of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) programme, TEAM4Excellence facilitated an inspiring business validation online session, bringing together a team of young entrepreneurs and one of Italy’s leading innovation experts – Gianluca Abbruzzese, CEO of Lascò.

The session was an opportunity for our young entrepreneurs to test and refine their business ideas through critical feedback from an expert who has spent decades supporting startups and shaping European standards for innovation management. Gianluca, a Green Project Manager and mentor with extensive experience in AI startups and innovation ecosystems, challenged participants to validate their ideas through the lens of real market needs, user feedback, and business feasibility.

During the interactive session, the team of young entrepreneurs pitched their concepts and received tailored feedback on value proposition, customer segmentation, and scaling potential. Business validation is a critical step in transforming ideas into viable ventures, helping entrepreneurs ensure their solutions address real market needs. By focusing on testing assumptions early, young founders gain clarity, reduce risks, and build stronger foundations for long-term success.

This meeting not only strengthened the participants’ confidence but also offered them a real taste of how professional consultancy accelerates learning. By blending ambition with structured guidance, the EYE project continues to empower young entrepreneurs to build solid foundations for the future.
