Supporting Business Growth through Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs

Between November 2025 and January 2026, TEAM4Excellence hosted a new entrepreneur Dmytro in Constanța, as part of the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) programme. The programme supports cross-border knowledge exchange by enabling new entrepreneurs to learn directly from experienced hosts through practical mentoring and real-life business planning. In this context, the exchange followed a structured action plan and focused on developing a clear business concept for a water entertainment service on the Romanian Black Sea coast, centred on flyboarding and other extreme water activities.

During the EYE exchange, Dmytro collaborated closely with us throughout the key planning steps: together, we identified and analysed the main target groups (tourists, young people, families, and adventure seekers) and shaped the business model using the Business Model Canvas. In parallel, we supported the practical side of development by reviewing equipment and nautical infrastructure needs, mapping potential suppliers and partners, and clarifying the legal and administrative requirements needed to operate safely and compliantly in Romania.

Overall, the exchange delivered strong mutual results: Dmytro left with a structured and realistic concept, clearer investment and cost insights, and a focused digital marketing direction, while we strengthened our mentoring capacity and added a valuable real-life entrepreneurship case study that will inform future training and guidance activities.
