Business Model Canvas for an Entrepreneurial mindset

“From business idea to implementation! Over 90% of businesses fail in the first 5 years. We know the right place to validate a business idea.”

The interactive course “Entrepreneurship through Business Model Canvas” is organized in the form of thematic workshops that provide participants with the skills needed to develop a Business Model.

Between 2 March and 5 May 2021, we organized an online course and encouraged participants to develop, analyze and present their own business ideas. Benefiting from the trainer’s support, the students identified potential partners, key activities and resources needed. Together they established the segment of clients they address.

Thus, during the 10 online workshops, the participants learned how to test and transform a business idea into a business model.

The course was developed within the “Entrepreneurial mindset for future youth work” project, Co-financed by the Erasmus + program of the European Union.
