Transnational Project Meeting, November 2022, Constanta

The 3rd of November brought the third Transnational Project Meeting within the Erasmus+ project Digital Facilitator Trainer Role. The event was organized by TEAM4Excellence in Constanta, Romania. Thus, delegates from all partner countries participated, namely Romania (TEAM4Excellence), Turkey (Osmaniye İl Millî Eğitim Müdürlüğ) and Spain (Femxa Formacion).

The partners shared their responsibilities for the next steps of project implementation and discussed based on the first intellectual output which contains new techniques and methods for digital educators. The dates for the final report and the deliverables were set before discussing the second intellectual output. Here we discussed the content and evaluation of the project result, the platform and piloting.

In the last part of the meeting, the participants discussed about risk management, budget, dissemination of the project and the completing the tasks on time.
