DIFA Second Project Meeting for Digital Facilitators 55+, September 2022

On September 22, 2022, Sarıçam Halk Egitimi Merkezi organized in Adana, Türkiye, the second Transnational Project Meeting within the Erasmus+ Partnership for Cooperation “Digital Facilitator for Adults 55+” project.The event was attended by delegates from all project partners:

• „Saricam HALK Eğitimi Merkezi” from Turkey
• “Formative Footprint” from Spain
• „Voluntariat Pentru Viata” from Romania
• “Team4Excellence” Association from Romania

The purpose of the activity was to conduct an interim evaluation of the partnership and its results. At the beginning of the meeting, TEAM4Excellence, the coordinator of the project, presented the Project’s overview since the Kick-off Meeting, and the project activities completed so far. After that, each partner presented the project’s progress in their countries.

The first result of the project is ready and consists of a Digital Facilitator Toolkit. The toolkit contains the following:

• Information about the DIFA55 project
• Methodology
• 20 good practices selected based on a common set of criteria: effectiveness, inclusiveness, innovation and transferability.
• The survey and its results and findings after 150+ respondents filled in our survey questionnaire shared during awareness campaign, expressing their learning preferences, helping us to understand adult learners readiness for digital transformation.
• The Competence Map
• A study prepared by TEAM4Excellence

We started preparations for the second project result, which includes a Web App that allows adults to identify the level of understanding of the use of digital technology, providing advices for improving their online behaviour. To achieve this, Google forms in different languages will be prepared. To collect responses, 150 participants will use the platform and complete a self-assesment questionnaire at the end. Self-assesment questionnaire will be available on the platform.

At the end of the meeting, participants discussed about the Interim Report and concluded on distribution of tasks to create the premises for successful implementation of the project.
