The fourth Transnational Project Meeting, August 2023, Germany

From August 17th to 18th, 2023, it took place the fourth and final transnational project meeting within the Citizen Media Erasmus+ project. The meeting was organized by the German project partner, Kanal 21 (Offener TV-Kanal Bielefeld e.V.) in Bielefeld , Germany. Representatives of the other project partners from Spain, Hungary and Germany took part on site. The project partners from Romania took part in the hybrid project meeting online. The project managers discussed the status quo of the project as well as all the final individual tasks.

The focus was on final aspects of the almost finished products IO2 (The Learning Management System) and IO3 (two Citizen Media magazines including brochure) as well as, above all, the modalities of the final reporting. The multiplier events that have already partially taken placeas well as the local workshops of the individual project partners were also identified.

Project completion is at the end of September 2023. The undertaking includes the following project results :

• e-Tutorials
  The creation of video tutorials with cross-media options to support the training methodology of youth workers
• Learning management system (LMS) including assessment
  An online platform that offers youth workers knowledge, ideas and material on media literacy, education and orientation, with a focus on tools for citizen media work
• Educational citizen media magazines
  Two online magazines created by young people for young people under the direction of youth workers. These use modern media as a means to create engaging content and connect young people from different backgrounds on topics of digital and active citizenship.

At the end of the meeting, the partners discussed the methods of dissemination for the final project results.
