CiMe Activity with educators, May 2023, Romania

On 25 May, TEAM4Excellence organised a dissemination activity with youth educators as part of the Citizen Media project. The event took place at the Maritime University of Constanta and was attended by 10 participants working with young adults as trainers and educators. T

The aim of the activity was to promote the results of the CiMe project made with our partners: our website, activities, online course and the magazine. We informed educators about how these results are useful in educating young people and how we encourage youth to become content creators and well-informed digital citizens. We shared flayers and asked educators what digital methods they use to keep up to date with new digital methods that can be incorporated to make education more interactive. Some of them use quizzes and practice tests. We also encouraged them to use educational video essays, designed to be short and present information in a clear and engaging way for young people.

At the end we talked about digital citizenship and facilitating digital skills for young people in different ways to leave no one behind.
