AI4YouW Interim Meeting

On July 17, 2025, TEAM4Excellence joined the second Transnational Project Meeting for the AI4YouW project in Athens, alongside KEAN, Lascò, and Contextos. The meeting focused on assessing the current progress of the project and defining clear future actions.

The meeting opened with a warm welcome, followed by review of WP4 – Digital Catalogue of AI Learning Experiences. Results from the pilot phase were highly positive, confirming the real-life applicability of the materials. The session highlighted participant diversity and the need for further visual enhancements to increase engagement

In the WP5 – AI Training Toolkit, a session focused on refining methodologies for peer review and translation. The peer review process was clarified, streamlining partner collaboration and improving consistency.

During the discussions on WP2 – Communication, Dissemination & Exploitation, KEAN presented achievements and areas for improvement. So far, the project reached over 5,000 users on social media, and project outputs saw substantial engagement. Discussions outlined strategies to boost visibility, optimize outreach, and strengthen dissemination practices.

At the end of the meeting, the consortium identified clear next steps and deadlines, ensuring alignment and continued momentum towards successful completion of project deliverables.
